The Institute for Responsible Nutrition has launched!
IRN’s mission is to “shape the way food is produced, marketed and distributed so we can end food-related illness and promote good health. We are committed and accountable to rigorous scientific approach. And we are committed to a world where improving public health comes before any individual’s or organization’s financial gain or personal benefit.”
We appreciate IRN’s support of our efforts as well as its desire to form alliances with dietitians.
We also are fond of IRN’s page on public health law, which touts the importance of better public policy to reduce diet-related illnes
IRN’s board members, advisors, alumni, and staff are listed here.
